Local Pick-Up
Pick-up is available from our store 114 Bailey Street, Grovedale, Vic 3216 during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.
Local Neighbourhood Delivery (up to 30 Minutes)
Our local neighbourhood delivery service covers areas within a 30 Minute radius of our store. This is a great option for quick and convenient delivery close to home. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed once your order is processed.
Regional Delivery (up to 1 Hour)
We also offer regional delivery for locations up to 1 Hour away. This option is ideal for customers outside our immediate area. Delivery schedules may vary depending on distance, and we will provide confirmation once your order is arranged.

Change of Mind
As most of our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and selections are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Once assessed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items must not be installed, altered, or used if a fault is suspected, as this may void your claim.

Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted from steel. Slight variations in colour, finish, weld marks, or dimensions may occur and are considered part of the product’s character — not defects.
Corten Steel
Corten steel is designed to develop a natural rust patina over time. This weathering process may cause temporary surface runoff during early exposure to the elements. This is normal and not considered a fault.
Orders & Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload or material availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and safely. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
